The TRUE Leaders programme enables participants to achieve three ILM Leadership and ILM Management qualifications at Level 7 in an action learning format. The twelve action learning workshops are delivered once a month.
Each workshop is held in Cardiff Bay between 8am and 2pm with working breakfast & lunch enabling busy executives to make the most of their day.

with 50% funding** £1410 + vat
*70% funding for SMEs. An SME is defined as a Small or Medium Enterprise which has less than 250 employees, a turnover that does not exceed 50 million Euros and a balance sheet less than 43 million Euros or is not owned by, or controlled by an enterprise that does not meet the SME criteria.
**For large private sector organisations that exceed the SME criteria, 50% funding is available. Public sector organisations, whilst funding is not available, are welcome to attend the programme which represents excellent value for money with or without funding.
