Fix Training is a preferred Welsh Government training providers, one of only seven in South East Wales.
This means that our range of leadership and management programmes, designed to deliver high impact, relevant, quality assured training are 70% funded for Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and 50% funded for large private sector organisations.

Team Leaders, First Line Managers & Middle Managers can choose from a range of individual workshops and training programmes many with optional ILM qualifications.

The training is delivered to the exacting standards of quality, business relevance and measurable return on investment that underpins all Fix Training’s programmes. Fix Training

The FixAble programme is complemented by an extensive range of world class training including the ILM Level 7 TRUE leaders programme for executive managers. Fix Training is accredited to deliver ILM Leadership & Management qualifications from Level 3 to Level 7 and a range business qualifications. As a work based learning provider of fully funded apprenticeships and experts in developing bespoke training solutions Fix Training is able to offer complete, cost effective, time effective, business training solutions.
