Fix Training are specialist training providers in the education and childcare sectors and are able to offer fully funded apprenticeships at levels 2 and 3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools and Children’s Care, Learning & Development
The fully funded Apprenticeships consist of 4 elements:
1. The NVQ – Enables individuals to demonstrate at assessment their skills and knowledge by doing their job on a day to day basis.
2. The BTEC – Enables learners to attain the required level of theoretical knowledge that underpins their role.
3. Paediatric First Aid – Full 12 hour certificate
4. Essential Skills Wales – Supporting learners with developing the essential skills required for their job role such as communication and application of number.

The Fix approach |
Fix Training understands the issues faced by education and childcare settings in releasing staff for training. We’ve designed our programmes to fit with the demands of both learners and employers by:
Ø making all training based in the workplace through one to one sessions
Ø providing individually tailored learning support programmes
Ø scheduling training at times convenient to both employer and learner
Ø providing tailored resources based on learner need
Ø accrediting prior learning to avoid duplication
Ø a dedicated assessor with high levels of occupational competency for each learner
Ø full learner and employer bilingual support team
